Refund policy

Original art, original paintings or sale items are final sale and not returnable or exchangable. For all other items, please contact us by email (admin@hopnflop.ca) within 14 days of receiving delivery and provide a detailed reason you require a return or exchange. Anything past 14 days is not returnable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
