Processing Time
Once an order has been received, it will take approximately 1 to 3 business days to process. Should there be a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hop & Flop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Methods
Shipping time frames vary depending on the shipping option you choose during checkout. Please note during busy holiday periods (ie. Christmas), shipping times will take longer. 

CANADA

We use Canada Post and Chit Chits for all orders. Chit Chats Select domestic shipping is a third party courier service. NOTE: The Chit Chat service cannot ship to PO Boxes or rural addresses.

**Chit Chat orders: Please ensure we have your correct mailing address and phone number because the courier may require to call regarding delivery attempts. The third party courier service shipping is estimated to 3 to 9 business days.

Canada Post: We offer parcel and lettermail shipping. Below shipping timeframes is after processing time.

Lettermail - 2 to 5 business days, no tracking (may take longer during busy holiday seasons)
Regular Parcel - 2 to 9 business days, with tracking
Xpresspost - Up to 2 business days, with tracking
Priority - Next business day, with tracking

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For Canadian customers, spend $75 or more and get free shipping! Shipping will either be Canada Post or Chit Chats Select Courier. Both options will include tracking. USE CODE: FREESHIP

UNITED STATES
At this time due to USA tariffs, we have turned off US shipping. We cannot justify the high duties/tariffs for our customers and hope in the future things will change for the better. 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unfortunately not offering international shipping.

Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom orders will require a 50% initial deposit before work begins. All estimates will be valid for 30 days from estimate date. Accepting an estimate is an agreement to the order terms and conditions. Shipping costs will be an additional charge.
