Some of the hard enamel pins came with a little extra love. These pins are seconds.
What's a pin second? A pin second is one that we've quality checked and determined it's not completely up to par to sell at retail price. Some things that we found are tiny marks, colour fill not fully smooth or not filled at all or a metal post is on an angle. They are very minor and not noticeable at all unless you look at it closely.
